All files offered are ownership of their respective creators. On the product page it’s listed who this is. The license grants you the right to use the files, but you never buy the full rights and ownership over these files. We are allowed to retroactively update the terms and conditions of our License and apply this on past and future purchases.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit a formal request within 24 hours of your purchase, accompanied by a detailed explanation and evidence demonstrating that the art is not functioning. Upon receipt of your request, we will conduct a thorough review at our sole discretion to assess the validity of your claim. If your claim is deemed valid, we will proceed to process the refund, which will be issued within 5-10 business days. Please note that refunds will only be granted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
